Here’s how:
<Step1>
Plug your current iPhone into your computer and load iTunes. It is important that you have the latest iTunes. (Download the latest iTunes if you don’t have yet).

<Step2>
Click the Sync button if it does not start to sync automatically. You can also right click your device name and click backup if you don’t want the first option.

<Step3>
Unplug your current iPhone and plug in the new one.
Note: You’ll be asked to register your iPhone if you haven’t already.<Step4>
iTunes should prompt you to set up as a new iPhone or restore from a backup. Choose to restore from a backup and select the backup you just made.
<Step5>
Your iPhone will reboot when the restore is done. When iTunes detects it again it will start to sync back any apps and games installed on your old your iPhone.
<Step6>
Wait while iTunes is doing the process. When it’s done, your new iPhone should have all the same settings and data as your old iPhone.
This completes the whole process! There’s no need for you to take time transferring every single file from your old AT&T iPhone to your new Verizon iPhone.
